Soundproof

Providing an acoustically controlled environment that ensures pristine recording conditions and uninterrupted creative sessions.The walls are over 40cm thick*. The ceiling is equally dense with a lush green living roof on top. The 2m x 1m window has 6 angled panes and there are 2 solid doors to enter.

*Constructed with: 15mm acoustic plasterboard, 10mm rubber, 15mm acoustic plasterboard, stud wall with ventilation, 50mm rock-wool, 100mm concrete bricks, 100mm of insulation, 100mm of solid concrete bricks, 28mm ventilation gap, a layer of felt, timber.

Mirrored

Get immediate visual feedback with the expansive mirrored walls. The mirrors are 2 metres in height and cover 8.5 metres of wall width spread across 2 walls at a right-angle.

The mirrors are covered with an acoustic curtain when the studio is used for recording.

Portable isolation booth

The isolation booth is on wheels and can be moved in 2 sections to wherever suits you, they can also be folded down from 200cm to a height of 114cm. Made of 50mm rigid rockwool they effectively absorb sound down to 150Hz, yielding improved clarity.

Offering daylight, black out or privacy (stripes) with the touch of a button.

Size and style

The whole studio is 8m x 6m with an open plan space of 6m x 5m. The thoughtful design allows for free movement, featuring a cohesive graphic interior and attractive acoustic solutions like a ceiling cloud and decorative bass traps for both visual appeal and superior sound quality.

Philips Hue Mood Lighting

The Philips HUE white and colour lighting system allows clients to adjust the ambiance to fit their mood or project. The spotlights on the track system can be manually adjusted to direct focus as needed, and the lights can be syned to the beat of your music, offering a customisable and creative atmosphere.

Multiple desks

We have three desks at varying heights to accommodate diverse work preferences and tasks, from standing brainstorm sessions to seated studio production.

Magnetic whiteboard

The magnetic whiteboard serves as a dynamic space for brainstorming, planning, and displaying important notes or creative ideas with the added convenience of magnet use for securing documents and visuals.

Sprung floor

Our sprung floor reduces the risk of injury and fatigue, providing a professional and safe surface ideal for dancers, fitness enthusiasts, and any activity requiring cushioned support.

Air conditioning

Our air conditioning system ensures a comfortable and controlled environment, allowing clients to stay cool, no matter the weather outside.

Kitchenette

Our kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, combi-microwave oven, toaster, Quooker boiling water tap, and a sink ensuring our clients can enjoy the convenience of fresh meals, hot drinks, and easy clean-up without interrupting their creative flow.

Access friendly toilet

Our spacious toilet is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring grab rails for support, to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, ensuring comfort and safety for a wide range of needs. It also features a well-lit mirror for convenient make-up checks.

Breakout space

An outdoor benched area, offers a perfect spot for relaxation, allowing clients to unwind and socialise amidst their creative endeavours.

Ramped entry

Our studio features a ramped entryway, facilitating wheelchair access and a smoother load-in for wheeled-equipment, ensuring convenience and inclusivity for all clients and their gear.
